Value Builder Mastermind Group
During these monthly online sessions, our Value Builder Coach, Ray Tisi, will dive deeper into the 8 drivers of business value and provide insights and guidance on how they apply to your business. Participants will benefit from meaningful discussions with other attending business owners, as everyone works to build a valuable business.
What to expect
These small group sessions are one hour in duration, covering one driver per session. This is a recurring program, so participants can join at anytime and still get access to all 8 sessions.

The following is what you will receive as part of your mentorship session package and the steps to getting started.
Step 1.
To begin, get your Value Builder Score Report. This gives you a starting point.
Step 2.
Meet with your Value Builder Coach to review your Value Builder Score Report and discuss your goals and action plan.
Step 3.
Join and participate in the monthly 1 hour expert-led small group mentorship sessions. Each program includes 8 sessions.
Step 4.
You will be given materials and handouts to help you as you work through each of the 8 business value drivers.
Step 5
Meet with your Coach at the completion of your program to review your progress and discuss next steps.
