COVID-19 Measures at R. Tisi Professional Corporation

In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the excellent work of those who are trying to keep us all safe at this time, we have developed procedures so that clients and colleagues can continue to interact with us.  We have been deemed an essential service by the Government of Ontario and we will continue to operate for as long as we are permitted to serve our clients.

We are maintaining normal office hours of Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  However, in accordance with the health recommendations, we are restricting personal contact and respecting social distancing.  We have at our disposal these alternative methods to remain in touch.

Telephone

Do not hesitate to contact us at 905-788-2030 or toll free at 1-877-788-2030 to receive our usual excellent telephone service where you are not sent to an answering machine or voice mail, but have your call answered promptly by a team member.  If we are unable to answer your call, we return messages within 2 hours.

Email

We can be contacted through email at ray@rtisi.ca or vivian@rtisi.ca .  Please do not use email to send documents with any sort of secure information like social insurance numbers or bank account numbers. Email is not secure at all and anyone can see this information with little effort.

Appointments and Video conference meetings

Appointments can be made for a video conference with us at this appointment link.  You will need a video and audio enabled device to participate in the meeting.

Secure portal

We have available a secure portal for the sharing of sensitive documents.  Some of you have this set up with us already, but for those who don’t, please call and we will arrange to set this up for you.  Here you can create a password-protected space that allows information to go between us alone.  We will be able to receive your digital documents securely, and send you the reports and returns that we have completed for you.  If signatures are required, this can be done in the portal as well. 

Door mail slot

To send us paper documents, please put them in an envelope and slide them through the mail slot in our office door at 707 East Main Street, Welland, ON,  L3B 3Y5 or drop them in the mailbox.  We will then be able to process them and work with you using the other contact methods to complete your assignment.

During these unprecedented times, we have to do all that we can to conquer the global COVID-19 pandemic.  We have seen that this has meant great hardship for many of you already.  Let’s hope that it is resolved soon, but it looks like it will be some time before things return to normal.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about your business or financial well-being.  We are here to assist you in these troubling times.  As with all tough situations, we will come out of this stronger in the end.
